Where The Calls Come From

The number 45 bingo ball has three different calls. Two of the calls relate to the fact that in a 90 ball bingo game, the most popular type in the UK, the 45 ball is half way to 90. Halfway House is used more often than Halfway There.

Cowboy’s Friend is another call that is used for the number 45 bingo ball and is used mostly in the USA. It is used becasue the Cowboy’s favorite gun is the 45 colt pistol.
